Following a positive pre-application agreement obtained by the vendors agent (Bidwells) and marketing, Landhold Capital were successful in agreeing terms for this 8.6 acre site. A promotion agreement was entered into in 2018.

We are looking to bring forward this site through the Joint Local Plan Review or via an application due to its status as part previously developed land. We are preparing the necessary reports to inform a masterplan and forthcoming application.
