Abbotts Ann, Hampshire

In early 2021 we entered into an agreement to promote this excellent 8 acre (3.24 ha) greenfield site in Abbotts Ann.  

The attractive and popular village is located only 2 miles from Andover with main line train station providing easy commuting to London Waterloo in just over an hour. By road the A303 provides an efficient connection to the M3 and the South of England. The village enjoys a range of local services including a shop and post office, two public houses and St Mary’s Church. Our site lies close to the primary school and therefore can easily integrate with the village. 

 We are promoting the site in the emerging Test Valley Local Plan.
