Royston, Hertfordshire

We have signed a long term promotion agreement to bring forward this excellent 45 acre site situated on the southern edge of Royston.

Royston is a popular and growing town in North Hertfordshire and recognised as a high order settlement in the Local Plan. There have been a number of significant strategic green belt releases and allocations within the plan which is due to cover the period 2011 to 2031 . We will monitor the housing delivery of the LPA while preparing a high level masterplan and vision document for the site.

We have recently submitted an outline application for a high quality landscape led scheme which will deliver up 280 dwellings including 40% much needed affordable housing.
