We have acquired the freehold of this 5.5 acre site in Feltham, in the London Borough of Hounslow.

The Local Plan adopted in September 2015 and covers the planning period from 2015 to 2030.

The plan makes provision for 12,330 homes to be delivered over the planning period, equivalent to 822 dwellings per year, which is an increase of 470 per year from the previous plan period. The land enjoys a good road frontage and adjoins Staines RFC. We will promote this land through the next Local Plan review for green belt release.
