Landhold Capital entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Miller Homes for this site, we are now working alongside Persimmon Homes to deliver this landscape led development.

A masterplan which responds to the heritage issues on the northern boundary for circa 42 net acres (600 homes) and a local centre has been completed to support the promotion of the scheme and the site has been promoted to both Bromsgrove and Redditch Councils. Landhold Capital has about 30% of the combined scheme.
