Cottenham, Cambridgeshire

In early 2021 we entered into an agreement to promote this well located 9 acre (3.65 ha) site on the edge of Cottenham.

The village lies only 5 miles to the north of Cambridge City and is well served by a wide range of local amenities. It is widely considered a very suitable and sustainable location for long term growth.

We are engaging with the emerging South Cambridgeshire Local Plan and the Cottenham Neighbourhood plan to secure a future residential allocation.
