In 2019 we secured this 13 acre (5.20 ha) site on the edge of the hugely popular town of Bruton in South Somerset.

The land is the preferred allocation in the emerging South Somerset Local Plan.

We submitted planning in late 2019 and are looking to deliver 65 dwellings alongside land safeguarded for a new GP Surgery.
