Landhold Capital entered into an agreement for this excellent 33 acre (13.3 ha) site in 2019.

A masterplan for 176 homes has been completed to support the promotion of the scheme and the site has been promoted to the Neighbourhood Plan and to the new Chelmsford City Plan.

It is our intention to use the undeveloped area to the north for Bio-diveristy gain.
