In 2020 Landhold Capital entered in a promotion agreement on this 7.50 acre (3ha) former plant nursery in Shopwhyke, Chichester.

The site lies close to a recent urban extension developed by Cala Homes and adjoining a large draft allocation in the emerging Chichester Local Plan.

Landhold will be working closely with the Council and other key stakeholders to bring this site forward by delivering a sensitively designed and sustainable residential development.
