Landhold Capital entered into an agreement for this 43 acre site in 2019 which was formerly part of the Council’s Swanley Vision proposals.

Sevenoaks will be working on a new Local Plan after a High Court Judge rejected the District Council’s attempt to challenge a Judicial Review which sided with the governments Planning Inspectorate and rejected the draft local plan. The plan was principally rejected due to a “lack of constructive engagement” with neighbouring authorities to resolve the issue of unmet housing need and the absence of cross-boundary planning to identify how this need could be accommodated.

We are liaising with adjacent landowners and preparing the necessary reports to inform a masterplan and forthcoming local plan promotion for circa 300 homes.
