Landhold Capital entered into an agreement for this 6 acre site at the end of 2019.  

 The site was removed from the Green Belt by Harlow District Council’s Local Plan as part of its strategic housing site for 2,600 homes East of Harlow known as HS3 in December 2020.

 We are preparing the necessary reports to inform a masterplan and forthcoming application.
