Landhold Capital entered into an agreement for this 12 acre site at the end of 2019 following an unsuccessful promotion by another company.

 The promotion strategy has been updated and the site has been put forward in the Call for Sites exercise in the first Greater Cambridge Local Plan. A masterplan has been prepared to support the promotion of the scheme.
