Rochford, Essex
In March 2021 we entered into an agreement to promote land off Sutton Road near Rochford, Essex for residential development.
The 33 acre (13 ha) greenfield site lies close to Southend Airport and only 15 minutes' walk to Rochford Train station. The land has potential to deliver up to 200 houses including affordable housing, community benefits and publicly accessible open space.
We will now engage with local stakeholders to inform our proposals for the site and promote to the Rochford Local Plan for allocation and removal from the green belt.
