Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire

Landhold Capital entered into an agreement for this 36 acre assembled site on the edge of Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire at the end of 2018.

The site adjoins the urban area and is south of the 10,000 home Waterbeach New Settlement and in an acknowledged highly sustainable location.

We are looking to bring forward this site through the Joint Local Plan Review. We are preparing the necessary reports to inform a masterplan and forthcoming application.
