We are promoting a 28-acre site for development which has a draft allocation in the Windsor and Maidenhead draft Local Plan which is out for consultation. There are a number of technical issues to consider (e.g. Highways, Noise and Air Quality) which we are currently resolving.

We aim to submit a planning application in 2019 and continue to promote the site at a local level with the emerging Neighbourhood Plan.
